By downloading, installing, or using the Nono AI Summary application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Nono AI Summary provides:

• Voice recording functionality
• On-device and cloud-based speech-to-text transcription
• AI-powered summarization of transcribed content
• AI chat assistant for querying your recordings
• Sharing capabilities for your transcriptions and summaries

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Nono AI Summary, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Nono AI Summary, including voice recordings, transcriptions, and summaries ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your recordings for transcription
• Generate summaries using AI technology
• Store your content to provide the Services
• Display your content back to you within the App

We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Nono AI Summary to:

• Record conversations without consent where required by law
• Create, store, or share illegal content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

Our AI-powered features (summarization and chat) are provided for convenience and informational purposes. Please note:

• AI-generated summaries may not be 100% accurate
• AI responses are based on the content you provide
• You should verify important information independently
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

8. Intellectual Property

The Nono AI Summary App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our Services

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That the Services will meet all your requirements
• The accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NONO AI SUMMARY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nono AI Summary and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You may request deletion of your data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
