associated with Whisper Summary.
This includes your account information, voice recordings, transcriptions, summaries, and any other data associated with your account.
📋 Steps to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Include your email address - Use the email address associated with your account
- Provide a reason for deletion - Explain why you want to delete your account
- Wait for confirmation - You will receive an email confirmation within 30 days
- Account deletion - Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted

✅ Data That Will Be Deleted:
- User Account Information: Email address, user ID, username
- Transcription Data: All voice transcriptions and AI-generated summaries
- Chat History: All conversations with the AI assistant
- OAuth Information: Google ID or Apple ID associations
- Shared Links: All share links created for your summaries
⚠️ Data That May Be Retained:
- Legal Compliance Records: Transaction records, payment information (if applicable) required by law
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics
- Deletion Request Records: Records of your deletion request itself (for compliance purposes)
⏱️ Retention Period: Most data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal compliance purposes (e.g., financial records,
fraud prevention). After this period, all retained data will be permanently deleted.
